30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on our error.
How to Request a Return

- Our team responds within 24 hours.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided. Customer bears return shipping costs unless item was damaged or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, a refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or store credit for COD orders).

- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items not in original packaging
